The Adidas miCoach Pacer Bundle - your personal training system -combines real time training with heart rate, speed and distance measurement. The Adidas Pacer from the miCoach training system supports your goal-oriented and heart rate controlled training!

Here's how easy it works: Open your personal online account and enter your training goal (weight loss, fitness training, preparation for sporting events, stess relief etc.). Put on the chest strap and attach the stride sensor and start your training session!
The miCoach Pacer gives audible exercise instructions in real time. Exercise on the basis of easy to understand colour zones (blue, green, yellow, red) and be told exactly when you need to run faster or slower. The titles fade automatically when the miCoach Pacer gives the next instruction.

Just synchronise the Pacer with www.micoach.com after the session, monitor your training progress after each unit, carry out a detailed running analysis and receive online feedback. An effective training can be that easy!
