The exclusive Taurus 3G 30mm weight plates have grip holes which allow to easily pick up and put on the cast-iron weight plates on dumbbell and barbell bars. The solid Taurus 3G 30mm weight plates with a hole of 30.5 mm are excellent for dumbbell/barbell workouts at home or strength training in a gym.

The Taurus 3G 30mm weight plates with grip holes are available in weight classes of 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, and 25 kg. Because of their small size, 0.5kg and 1.25 kg cast iron weight plates do not have grip holes.

The plates are quite smart with the silver lettering. I was a bit disappointed that the last two plates were red lettering so didn't match, otherwise I would have awarded 5 stars. All in all I was well satisfied with the product.

Zum anderen eine sehr gute Qualität und Eignung: 1) keine Absplitterung des Eisens. 2) Die Grifflöcher eignen sich sehr gut zum Handhaben. 3) Durch die Grifflöcher können die Hanteln auch für Übungen ohne Hantelstange genutzt werden.
